Elections are held every two years in the spring. If the position of President is held by a teacher of choral/general music, the Vice-Presidency should be a teacher of instrumental music. The converse is also true. Teachers in tenured positions within the association are welcome to serve. The constitution of the association clarifies duties.

Please send an email to our webmaster with any feedback or suggestions or questions you may have. Webmail does not function at most school sites due to security, but is available from home. The passwords are most quickly available from the president's school email.
Contact each district's music department: these are general department mailboxes - one per school district. All music department members in each district will have access. While the purpose of these mailboxes is collegial sharing and ease of information flow, for the general public and media outlets, these mailboxes are great avenues to ask about district performance schedules, and the like.
